Rhode Island Supreme Court - Lemerise v. Commerce: At the Law Offices of Jennifer Gehringer Puerini, we prepare every case for trial. Commerce, Attorney Puerini was victorious in her appeal of the trial justice’s modification of the arbitration award. In successfully having the lower court decision overturned, Attorney Puerini secured an award that was more than double the policy limits and what Defendants had been willing to pay.
